By using the ClickUp to Sheets Google Workspace Add-on ("Add-on"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

The Add-on provides a service that syncs ClickUp tasks to Google Sheets, allowing users to manage and view their ClickUp data within Google Sheets.

3. Use of the Add-on

3.1 Usage Limits

To prevent system abuse, the Add-on allows a maximum of 24 manual syncs per day per user.

3.2 User Interface

The Add-on integrates with the Google Workspace quick access side panel in Docs, Sheets, and Slides user interfaces.

3.3 Functionality:

The Add-on offers the following features:

  • Customizable sync options

  • Inclusion of closed tasks, task descriptions, latest comments, and custom fields in syncs

  • Management of multiple ClickUp lists within the same spreadsheet

  • Initial syncs and updates to existing synced data

  • Efficient updating of only changed or new tasks

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Authentication: The Add-on securely connects to ClickUp using OAuth authentication [1].

4.2 Account Information: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

5. Privacy and Data Use

5.1 Data Collection: The only user data accessible to the Add-on is the user's email address, as per Google Workspace Add-on requirements [5][6].

5.2 Data Processing: The Add-on processes ClickUp task data to sync it with Google Sheets. This data is not stored by the Add-on beyond what is necessary for the syncing process.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Model: The Add-on is offered as a subscription service, priced at $9.6 per month or $96 per year.

6.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.3 Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Cancellation Process: To cancel a subscription, users should send an email to hello@clickuptosheets.com with their subscription email address and cancellation reason.

7.2 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Add-on for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through the Add-on, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ClickUp to Sheets or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClickUp to Sheets be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Add-on after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
